Printer not working, computer slow or internet keeps dropping out? I come round and fix it.
What I help with
- Wifi and internet: the internet drops out or is slow in part of the house.
- Slow computer: the computer starts slowly or freezes.
- Virus removal: strange messages, pop-ups or a computer that behaves oddly.
- Printer setup: printing from your computer, tablet or phone.
- Computer repair: error messages, start-up problems and freezes.
- Email setup: email on all your devices.
Not fixed, no fee
If I cannot solve your problem, you pay nothing. That applies to repairs and faults. For lessons, you pay for the time we spend together.
Where do I visit?
I live in Amersfoort and visit you at home anywhere in the province of Utrecht, usually on a Saturday. There is no call-out charge in Amersfoort. Elsewhere in the province of Utrecht there is a €15 call-out charge. I am happy to help in English.
Need help more often?
With ongoing support you can email me your questions, you get a safety check at home every year, and you pay €8.75 per quarter hour instead of €12.25.

Switching away from KPN, Ziggo or another provider? Then you often lose your email address. I give you your own address that always stays yours, and move all your old email across.

Are all your photos only on your phone? I make sure they are kept safe automatically, with a European photo service or in your own photo vault at home.

A notebook full of passwords is awkward and unsafe. I put your passwords in a European vault and arrange who may get in later.

For clubs and associations
Website, email and shared documents for sports clubs, churches, choirs and foundations. Everything stays with the club, even when the secretary steps down.
