Computer repair at home in Amersfoort and the province of Utrecht
Has the computer stopped working or is it showing error messages? I come to your home and fix it, or tell you honestly if it cannot be done.
Which problems
- The computer will not start: a black or blue screen, or it keeps loading.
- Error messages: vague messages you do not understand.
- Programs close on their own while you are using them.
- No sound or no picture: often this is a setting or a missing bit of software.
- A USB port does not work: I find out whether it is the software or the computer itself.
- Keyboard or mouse not responding: I find the cause.
- The battery runs down quickly: replacing it, or adjusting the settings so it lasts longer.
What I do
I calmly work out what is going on and tell you what I see. I can almost always fix problems with programs and settings. Is something actually broken, such as the hard drive or the power supply? Then I tell you honestly whether a repair is worth it, or whether you are better off buying a new one.
Not fixed, no fee
If I cannot fix your computer, you pay nothing. You also only pay for the investigation and my advice if I solve the problem.

Service area
I visit you at home in Amersfoort and across the rest of the province of Utrecht. There is no call-out charge in Amersfoort. Elsewhere in the province of Utrecht there is a €15 call-out charge. I usually visit on a Saturday. We agree a time together.
