You have had the same email address for twenty years. Your family, your GP, the bank and the council all know it. Then you switch to a different internet provider. Six months later, your address stops working.
That is because your email address belongs to your internet provider, not to you. By law you only get six months to move everything over.
What I do for you
- I set up your own email address, for example
jan@familiejansen.nl. That address is yours and stays yours. - I move all your old email across, folders included. I bring your address book along too.
- I set everything up on your phone, tablet and computer. Your email looks just the way you are used to.
- Together we pass on your new address to the most important places: family, the bank, your health insurer and the council.
- Your old address keeps forwarding for as long as it can. That way you miss nothing.
So where is your email kept?
With a European email company, for example in Germany or the Netherlands. The strict European privacy rules apply there. There are no adverts in your inbox. Your emails are not read to show you advertising.
Later on, want to switch to a cheaper internet or TV package? Your email simply keeps working.
What is included each month?
For €6 per month you get your own address, a European mailbox and my maintenance. Something not working, or getting a new phone? Fill in the form under “Call me back”. That works even when your email doesn’t.

- Anyone with an email address from KPN, Ziggo, Planet, Hetnet, Home, Zonnet or another internet provider.
- People who use Gmail or Hotmail now and would rather be with a European company.
- Sons and daughters who want to sort this out for their parents.
I visit you at home anywhere in the province of Utrecht, with no call-out charge. Usually that is on a Saturday.
