What I help with
- Creating a new email address: preferably with a European provider, with a strong password you can remember.
- Email on all your devices: the same mailbox on your laptop, phone and tablet.
- Moving your old mailbox: from Ziggo, KPN or another provider to your own address that always stays yours.
- Learning to email: sending, replying, forwarding and adding an attachment.
- Emailing photos: sending several photos at once, not too large.
- Recognising fake emails: which messages are genuine, which are fake, and what to do with them.
- Unable to log in: forgotten password, logging in again and making sure it does not happen again.
Step by step, at your own pace
I explain everything calmly and repeat it as often as needed. Just “press here” and “type there”. We practise together until you can do it yourself.

I visit you at home in Amersfoort and across the rest of the province of Utrecht. There is no call-out charge in Amersfoort. Elsewhere in the province of Utrecht there is a €15 call-out charge. I usually visit on a Saturday. We agree a time together.
