A simple website, email addresses for the committee and a shared folder. Everything stays with the club, even when the committee changes.

The website was built years ago by a member who has since moved away. The secretary’s email is a private Gmail address. The minutes are on the previous treasurer’s laptop. Every time the committee changes, something gets lost.
What I arrange for you
- A simple, fast website with what members and newcomers are looking for: who you are, where and when, and how to join.
- Email addresses per role, such as
secretary@yourclub.nl. When the secretary steps down, you hand the address to the successor. All email is kept. - A shared folder for minutes, member lists and agreements, with a European company.
- Help when the committee changes. I give the new committee members access and explain how everything works.
Why European?
A club keeps personal data about its members: names, addresses, sometimes dates of birth. Under the privacy law, the GDPR (AVG in Dutch), the committee is responsible for that data. If everything is with European companies, you make things a lot easier for yourself.
Fixed price, no surprises
You pay a fixed amount each month. For that I keep the website online and technically in order, make sure the email works and help when the committee changes. So the club no longer depends on one handy member.
Want to change texts, news or photos on the website regularly? That is not included in the fixed amount, because it differs a lot per club. I charge it per quarter hour, or we agree a fixed monthly amount in advance. That way you always know where you stand.
I am happy to visit your committee anywhere in the province of Utrecht, with no call-out charge. Usually that is on a Saturday.
