In a big city there’s plenty of help around. But it’s often a shop or a helpdesk, and you speak to someone different every time. I work on my own. So you always deal with me, even if you have a question later on.

I come to you, in the city centre, in Overvecht, in Leidsche Rijn or wherever you live in the municipality of Utrecht. I sort out parking myself.

What often comes up

Many people get a message that their storage is full. Google or Apple then asks you to pay every month. I show you what the options are and move your photos safely to a European company, if you’d like that.

Utrecht has many clubs, associations and foundations. Are you on a committee? Then I can set up the website, email and membership list so that everything stays with the club. How it works

First we have a quick call. Then I know what you need and how long it will take. After that I come round, usually on a Saturday. I set everything up together with you, so you know how it works.

With ongoing support you then send me your questions by email. If needed, I look at your screen remotely. Then I don’t have to come again.

Travel costs in Utrecht

Taking one of my services, such as an email address for life or a photo vault? Then there are no travel costs in Utrecht. For one-off help at home outside Amersfoort I charge €15 travel costs. You always know the price in advance.

    A notebook full of passwords is awkward and unsafe. I put your passwords in a European vault and arrange who may get in later.

    One familiar person for all your questions. Help by email, a safety check at your home every year, and priority for home visits.

  • Smart home without the cloud

    Smart lights and heating, and seeing what your solar panels produce. Everything works in your home, even when the internet is down. And nothing goes to America.

    From €150 one-off, then €12.50 per month

  • For clubs and associations

    Website, email and shared documents for sports clubs, churches, choirs and foundations. Everything stays with the club, even when the secretary steps down.
