What I do
- Search: I check the whole computer for viruses and other harmful programs.
- Remove: I safely clean up everything I find.
- Protect: I put a good, free virus scanner on your computer and set it up.
- Explain: how to recognise fake emails and fake websites.

Not fixed, no fee
If I cannot clean up your computer, you pay nothing. Is the virus so deep that it is quicker to reinstall the computer? Then I will tell you honestly.

I visit you at home in Amersfoort and across the rest of the province of Utrecht. There is no call-out charge in Amersfoort. Elsewhere in the province of Utrecht there is a €15 call-out charge. I usually visit on a Saturday. We agree a time together.
