Fixing wifi problems at home in Amersfoort and the province of Utrecht
Slow internet, no connection or does the wifi keep dropping out? I come to your home and fix it.
What I help with
- Slow internet: I find out what is causing it and set up the box for your internet (the modem or router) better.
- The wifi keeps dropping out: I measure where the signal is weak, and add a wifi extender if needed.
- A device will not connect: laptop, tablet, phone or printer.
- Connecting a new modem: from Ziggo, KPN, Odido or another provider.
- Forgotten your wifi password: I set a new password and put it on all your devices.
- Security: so the neighbours or strangers cannot use your wifi.
How it works
I come to your home, look at what is going on and tell you what I am doing. No sales pitch. For faults the rule is: not fixed, no fee. If I cannot get your wifi working properly, you pay nothing.
Why at home
Wifi problems are often in one spot in the house. The signal is poor in the study but fine in the living room. That is why I come round, measure in the places where you use the internet and make sure it works everywhere.
Service area
I visit you at home in Amersfoort and across the rest of the province of Utrecht. There is no call-out charge in Amersfoort. Elsewhere in the province of Utrecht there is a €15 call-out charge. I usually visit on a Saturday. We agree a time together.
